Fast, careful small works for high-spec homes and sensitive period properties. I handle the tasks that need expertise—but not a full project mobilization: minor leaks, door and window adjustments, furniture & appliance mounting, snag list completion, small plaster or lime patch repairs, fixture refitting and discreet cosmetic fixes.
Transparent Pricing
£60 first hour on site. £40 per hour thereafter (half hour increments after the first hour). No travel charge within core London zone. Out-of-hours by arrangement (supplement quoted first).

What’s Not Covered
Full rewire, large-scale plumbing, gas boiler servicing, full roof replacements, invasive structural alterations, asbestos removal. (However we can coordinate specialists if a larger restoration scope emerges.)
